Wasatch Mountain Music Festival July 8-10, 2022

    FAQ's

Are dogs/pets allowed? Dogs and pets are allowed in the camping area and festival grounds as long as they are on a leash and controlled by their owner. You must pick up after your pet! Within the festival area, dogs must be on a lease and kept inside the large, designated pet area, located behind the seating canopies.

Can we bring chairs and blankets?  Yes, bring your own chair/blanket as the festival does not provide them. Blankets and low back chairs are allowed in any area. Regular height chairs may only be used in designated areas. Popups and shade structures are allowed beside and behind the canopies. Personal items, including chairs, blankets, and shade structures, may NOT be left in the festival area over night. Audience space may not be saved in any other way over night.

Is there shade at the festival?  Can I bring shelters and/or umbrellas?  Most of the seating is in the sun; however, several shade canopies with misters are available for you to place your chair under. You can bring your own pop-up, shade tent, or umbrella and set it up on the edges or rear of the shade canopies. The festival seating area starts to get shady around 4 pm.

Seating etiquette. To ensure that everyone has a chance to sit in the shade, guests may sit in any open seat as long as they surrender it to the seat's owner upon his or her return. Please be gentle with other people's chairs. If you damage someone's chair, you must replace it.

When can we arrive for camping?  What is allowed?  RV's, trailers, tents, and car camping are allowed Thursday (gates open at 5:00 pm) through Sunday. There is a lot of space but no hookups—just “dry camping.” The gates close from 10 pm to 7 am - if you arrive during that time, you will have to turn back.  Click here for the camping rules.

Are fires allowed?  No campfires are allowed, including propane fire rings.

Do people jam? Yes! Bring your instrument (including your voice) and visit the main jam under the canopies or other jams in the camping area.

Can we bring our own food and drink inside the festival area?  Is alcohol allowed?  Yes, yes, and yes.

How much is parking?  Free! The gates are open between 7 am and 10 pm. If you arrive outside that time, you will have to turn back.

Are there food vendors?  Yes, there will be several food and beverage vendors.  No alcohol is sold on site.

How do I get to the festival?  TedFest is held in the festival grounds located at the Richard W. Erickson Antique & Classic Power Museum, 50 Starks Lane, Wallsburg, UT 84082. Watch for deer and elk as you drive. Signs will be posted on the roads as you near the entrance. All vehicles must stop at the check in tent before entering the festival grounds.   MAP IT.

Can I visit the Antique & Classic Power Museum, and how much does it cost?  Yes, and admission is free! The museum is only open a few times a year, and TedFest is one of them.  It has amazing displays that both the young and old will enjoy.

TedFest is produced by Vibrant America Inc., a  501 ( c )( 3)  nonprofit organized for the purpose of teaching and preserving our heritage of Folk and American Roots Music. TedFest provides opportunities for musicians to perform and share their talents, which in turn strengthens the cultural fabric of all our communities.
