    Wasatch Mountain Music Festival July 8-10, 2022

    Craft and Food Vendors!

    No music festival is complete without the addition of amazing food and beverage, unique merchandise, a place to grab a new set of strings when you break one in a blazing jam session, or perhaps find that perfect new instrument to add to your collection.   

    Please fill out the craft or food vendor form for approval (submission does not guarantee approval).
    Once approved you will receive a link to pay your vendor fee.

    Food Vendor Rules and Procedures

    Mission: We are seeking high quality, healthy food vendors to appeal to a diverse crowd. 

    TedFest festival reserves the right to deny any application. If this happens, Food Vendor will be notified.

    Food vendors must contact the Wasatch County Health Department (WCHD) and complete the requirements for approval.  WCHD 55 South 500 East, Heber City, Utah 84032 (435) 657-3307. 

    FOOD VENDOR will do the following: 

    Be responsible for setting up, removing additional vehicle(s) to a designated area, and attending to their area.  SECURITY will not be provided for food vendor area.   

    Contact vendor coordinator and schedule when you plan to bring your food truck - Thursday (before the festival) 11:00 am to 6:00 pm or the Friday (first day of the festival) 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Vendor is responsible for their power/generator. 

    Media opportunities may be available Thursday or Friday for early arrivals. 

    You cannot remove your food truck before 10:00 pm Saturday (last night of the festival) after the last Performance of the day - NOT before.  It is the food vendor’s responsibility to drive safely in the festival area.  If you need to leave sooner contact Kara Twitchell to arrange your departure. 

    Assume all liability for any claim, injury or damage that occurs in, on, or about the premises used or arising out of performance of this agreement. Hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless TedFest, its officers, agents, volunteers, and Wasatch County from and against any and all liability for bodily injury (including death), damage to property, personal injury, claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), and lawsuits from, or alleged to arise from, activities which are subject of this agreement. Including, but not limited to, theft, damage, loss of product or display facilities, personal injury, strike, or Acts of God the festival area. 

    Utah State Tax Commission, Sales Event Participation List (TC-791, vendor coordinator will gather craft/food vendor’s name, address, phone number, email address, Tax account ID and what they sell. Vendor Coordinator will forward this information to the tax commission not later than 3-Days after the festival. The tax commission will send each vendor Sales Event Participation List (TC-791) via email to complete.

    This agreement is between TedFest and VENDOR.  Prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this agreement. 

    I have read, agree, and shall abide festival rules and procedures.  I certify that the information provided is true and correct.  I hereby release and hold harmless TedFest, festival sponsors and their principles from any and all liability or claims as a result of my participation in the festival, including but not limited to theft, personal injury, strike, public enemy, or Acts of God.   

    I acknowledge that failure to comply with the above agreement may cause forfeiture of any or all fees I have paid and may cause immediate expulsion from festival participation.  

      

    Craft Vendor Rules and Procedures

    Mission:  We are looking for artists and crafters with unique products that support the festival atmosphere.  Selection is based on quality and product(s) in line with our festival vibe.

    TedFest reserves the right to deny any application. If this happens, Craft Vendor will be notified.

    Booth space will be 10’ x 10’ or 10' x 20'.  No structure or covering will be provided. TedFest suggests each craft vendor use an EZ-up type of structure.  Booth area will be the responsibility of the craft vendor.  

    CRAFT VENDOR will do the following:

    Contact vendor coordinator and schedule booth setup date and time. The following dates and times are available:  Thursday (before the festival) 11:00 am to 6:00 pm or the Friday (first day of the festival) 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

    NOTE: Dogs will not be allowed in the festival area and must be contained in campsite. 

    Do not tear down your booth before 10:00 pm Saturday (last night of the festival) after the last Performance of the day - NOT before.  It is the vendor’s responsibility to drive safely in the festival area.

    TedFest is produced by Vibrant America Inc., a  501 ( c )( 3)  nonprofit organized for the purpose of teaching and preserving our heritage of Folk and American Roots Music. TedFest provides opportunities for musicians to perform and share their talents, which in turn strengthens the cultural fabric of all our communities.
